imagesFriends!
Sunday was awesome, and not nearly as hot as Saturday.

Thanks again to my crazy friends Thuy from Nite Lite Book Reviews, Laura N., the Bookyurt, Crystal from Books Unbound and Nicole from The Reader’s Antidote for hanging!

Started the day with

YA Fiction: Somewhere in Time Panel
Moderator: Sony Sones
Eoin Colfer
Melissa de la Cruz
Tamara Ireland Stone
Ann Brashares

Also, here is Eoin and Melissa signing on the other side of the tent. Eoin was hilarious on the panel and though I’ve heard of his series before, after hearing him speak, I am so jumping on that bandwagon and ready to start his series too!

Here is Ann signing my hardcover of My Name Is Memory. If you haven’t read this adult novel, you should. It’s one of my favorites.

Lucky to meet Rachel Hawkins (again) and she was kind enough to sign my copy of Rebel Belle and take a picture with me!

The lovely Amy Tintera was kind enough to sign my copy of Reboot.

Emery Lord, author of Open Road Summer, was there and she signed my book! I might have been a total fangirl in front of her. Hope she didn’t mind too much!

The YA stage had some wonderful panels including- Sci-Fi: Fantastical Tales

Moderator:  Andrew Smith
Leigh Bardugo
Cecil Castellucci
Sarah J. Maas
Marissa Meyer

Which was a fabulous panel. These women are hilarious together and Andrew Smith’s moderating was spot on. The hour moved by way too quickly.

and Told From The Heart

Moderato: Amy Spalding
Stephanie Perkins
Emery Lord
Joanna Philbin

After that, I dragged myself back through the fair and made my way home. Sad that the festival was over, but really excited to start the new books I bought.

Did you go to the festival? One or both days?
